2022 Queensland Training Awards – Winner

   On Friday 22nd July our Service Staff Development Manager, Brendan Dennett, attended the Queensland Training Awards for the South East Sector. We are pleased to announce that our Group has won the Large Employer category, after being nominated in this bracket for the fourth year running. This is an award first for the same organisation to win their category three years running – to say we are proud of this achievement is an understatement.Our Group was first nominated for the Large Employer category in 2018, where we placed in the top 3 for the region. In both 2019 and 2020, we again won in this category and were nominated for the State Titles. In 2021, we won both the regional category, the state category, and were nominated for the National Titles.Our Group currently employs a total of 217 active apprentices and trainees across our network, undertaking certificate II and III qualifications in Automotive Technology. We are proud of the training culture within our Group, it is a testament to the hard-working and highly skilled staff that we have in all areas of the business.We look forward to competing in the State Titles again this year, with high hopes for a National Titles accomplishment.
